Ingredients
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 1/4 cup Hummus
- 1 small carrot (shredded)
- Approximately 1/4 cucumber sliced thin
- 1/2 of an avocado
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- Shred carrot
- Slice cucumber very thin
- Smash your avocado on both pieces of bread and then top with hummus
- Add cucumber
- Add carrot
Notes
- This is a delicious, healthy, and easy vegan sandwich. I do not recommend toasting the bread.
